Every tournament the Sport Leader organization is authorized by the competent National Football Federation.

LISTS - Participating clubs have to give to the organizing committee a list with all the players names prior to the beginning of the tournament. Before each match they have to give a list with the names of players that are going to play in that match, with a maximum number as listed below.:

**PN: U8 category mainly aims at the playful-motor activity of the children and will be organized following psycho-pedagogical, methodological, technical and educational principles appropriate to their age.

When possible, according to the number of participating teams, age groups for any year of birth will be organised.

PUNCTUALITY - Teams will have to be ready for each match 15 minutes earlier than the due time of the match. If a team is not turning up for the match the match result will be 3 to 0 for the present team, while the absent one will have 1 penalty point on the classification. If neither of the two teams turns up for the match, both will be penalised losing 1 point.

SCORES - Win: 3 points. Draw: 1 point. Lost: 0 points.

PENALTIES AND OVERTIME - There is no overtime. There are no penalties in U11 and U8 categories. In the other categories there will be penalties only in finals, semi-finals or other knockout matches and will be set according to FIFA regulation.

REFEREES - Referees for the older categories will come from the competent Football Federation and appointed from the local Committee. The organizing committee will appoint referees for the younger categories.

MATCH SCHEDULES - The Organizing Committee could change the programme as regards to groups, time and location of the match. These changes will be told to the interested teams managers as soon as possible.
Should any match be cancelled or suspended due to extreme weather conditions, the Organizing Committee could unquestionably decide for its repetition or cancellation.

SUPPORTERS ADMISSION - The Organizing Committee could ask those supporters who did not buy the whole tournaments package to pay an entrance fee to access the pitches.
